What is Zumba? It's a Latin-influenced dance-fitness programme that has taken the UK by storm.  It's a craze that has made a huge impact because it encompasses almost everything we want in a workout - cardiovascular conditioning in the form of a good calorie burning class, with some resistance training included in the mix, as well as a large dose of fun. You will completely forget that you're taking a fitness class - so ditch the workout and join the party!

What is Zumba Gold?  It's a programme specifically aimed at active seniors, beginners to exercise and participants with minor physical limitations (e.g. osteoarthritis). 

​

Where can you find a class?  I run weekly sessions in Pinner, Bushey, Ickenham, Croxley Green and Sarratt.  All my classes are drop-in so there's no need to pre--book.  Please check out the Class Schedule page for full details.

FUNDRAISING WEEK: 22ND - 25TH SEPTEMBER 2025

I will be raising money for Sleeping with Angels, a local charity dedicated to supporting families who experience the heart-wrenching loss of a baby.  They provide angel gowns/cribs, lovingly crafted from donated wedding dresses, which are offered to grieving families as a small but meaningful gesture of love and remembrance.  All work is undertaken by volunteers, and with very limited resources.  Take a look at their website for further details (www.sleepingwithangels.co.uk).

The fundraising will take place during week commencing 22nd September, and will follow the same format as previous years – i.e., I will bring in slices of cake for you to take away after class during that week in exchange for a donation.  And to make it more inclusive and fun, let's wear something pink or blue to class that week to show our support.
