This Privacy Policy applies to the class registration form, this website and all products and services offered by me.

I may collect personal information from Participants in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, completed registration forms when joining one of my classes or visiting this website. Participants may be asked for an email address. I will collect personal identification information from Participants during the class registration process, however, this information is not a mandatory requirement. Participants can always refuse to supply personal information, except that it may prevent them from receiving updated class information and/or details about future class/charity events.
Why do I collect your personal data
During the registration process, I only ask Participants for the personal data that I need in order to assess their suitability to attend my exercise class. I also use the details for future contact purposes.

I may collect and use Participants' personal information for the following reasons:

Information you provide helps me respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently. - To distribute a bi-monthly newsletter
I will use the information to cascade my bi-monthly newsletter concerning class amendments, health and fitness information, related products and services. - To send periodic emails
I may use the email address/mobile number to send Participants information and updates pertaining to classes on my timetable and regarding upcoming events. They may also be used to respond to enquiries, questions, and/or other requests.
How I protect your information
I adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information.
Sharing your personal information
I do not sell, trade, or share Participants' personal identification information.

I have the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When I do, I will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page.
